The client company is from the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. They were facing a major problem in operations such as managing products, customers, data, marketing, campaigns, and others. There were no options to manage the end-to-end business processes. They were also facing a problem in customer satisfaction because they were not able to address the customer requests on time and properly.

The first thing that we did was to implement the business process of SAP CRM. The SAP HANA powered system offered a great business support. We designed ABAP so that the transactions can be customized.
Similarly, we also worked on other various elements such as BAPI for decoding of the XML data. Also, we implemented SAP FIORI so that the best user experience can be provided. We also integrated training in SAP CRM for the users.
